Les,
Your Y-manifold and chainguard are on the way to you, 1st class post.
I have two spare sets of carbs, so can probably let you have some bits. I don't know if the CV diaphragms are intact but I'd be surprised if the mixture needles weren't usable. Email me offline about them.

GeN#18 page 16 - page 15 of the PDF.
www.gilera.org.uk/gilera/gens/gen18.PDF

When I find a tuit I will replace the GeNs on the website page with the bookmarked ones uploaded to the DMS. A search for 'teikei' using the GenDMS link found them.

72 Degrees, thanks for that. I do have the GEN#18 already here, but not got past #1 yet. All data now copied to my Gilera - Carb folder.
Regards, Les.

Happy reading! I have now uploaded the bookmarked versions of The GeN to the main website. The bookmarks help a bit but are not as useful as doing a free text search on the GeNs folder on the DMS.

I had to purchase a fuel screw last year for my 600 RC and found one source on Italian ebay(Ebay.it). Worth a punt. Good luck

maybe it's worth to ask a local Yamaha dealer.
Depending on the price... better said PRICE
